| 摘 要： | 从停车高峰时段、停车周转率的角度对停车特性进行分析。基于停车共享理论,在既有研究的基础上对时间变化系数、区位影响系数进行优化;提出公交出行调节系数和土地利用系数;并引入权重指数对4个系数进行权重分配,建立横向混合用地的停车需求预测模型,为混合用地的停车需求预测提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the rising living standards.Modern living community with completed supporting facilities becomes the first choice.But parking problems brought by different function buildings become more and more difficult to solve.Parking characteristics are analyzed from parking peak time and parking turnover rate.Combining with parking sharing theory,coefficient of time and location are optimized basing on the existing research.Bus coefficient and land use coefficient are put forward,and introduce the weighting exponent of four coefficients.Based on these,parking demand forecasting model of mixed land is established to provide references. |
