交通影响评价关键问题研究

交通影响评价(Traffic Impact Analysis,简称TIA)是分析和评价建设项目对其周边路网交通负荷的影响,从微观上研究城市土地利用与交通的内在联系,从而解决城市交通问题的有效手段。在分析和总结国外相关经验的基础上,结合我国交通影响评价的研究现状,分析了在我国导入交通影响分析的必要性、交通影响评价的基本思想,系统地介绍了城市建设项目交通影响评价体系,分析了交通影响评价的步骤及理论,并对评价过程中所涉及的主要技术要点进行了分析。
