大口径顶管在大口径原水管下遇障后的紧急处理措施及技术

顶管技术在我国地下管道工程已得到广泛应用,随着上海城市建设的不断发展,地下空间越来越趋于复杂化、立体化,在顶管施工中会不可避免地意外遇到重要地下管线或构筑物与障碍物共存的情况。如何在清除地下障碍物时,做到不损坏重要管线及地下构筑物,这是顶管施工中遇到的一个新问题。该文以西干线改造工程WT1.2标工程为例,论述了φ2200顶管在穿越DN2600原水管时遇到障碍物后所采取的一些技术措施,有效地保护了原水管,并在该原水管下成功完成了清障、穿越及对接,由此取得了良好的效果和经济效益。
