Approaching and Practice of Resource-economized Construction Scheme in Urban Expressway Reconstruction Project

With the high-speed building up of resource-economized city in China,the energy saving and environmental protection are the necessary requirements of the engineering construction.It is the realistic significance how to efficiently utilize the existing road facilities,decrease the waste works and protect the urban ecological environment especially in the reconstruction and extension works of urban expressways.Taking Ningbo North Ring Expressway Project as an example,the article deeply discusses how to implement the resource-economized construction scheme in the urban expressway reconstruction project,which can be referred for the similar projects.
