| 摘 要： | 根据工程的特点和要求,通过分析设计和试验验证,对中海长兴岛修船基地堤防达标工程实施方案进行了比选,提出了按允许越浪设计的海塘加固工程方案,并进行了综合效益分析。中海长兴岛修船基地堤防达标工程开创了上海按允许越浪设计海塘加固工程的先例,将为上海以后的海塘建设,提供有效的设计思路、参考数据和工作经验。
