摘    要:上海市轨道交通二号线东延伸段张江高科站的一号出入口采用矩形顶管法施工,该工程的始发井、接收井宽度小,且出洞口、进洞口区域存在重大市政管线、进洞口顶管离大口径雨水管线极近、施工难度很高.该文结合工程施工情况,详细介绍了进出洞阶段及顶管施工过程中管线保护技术,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴.

Abstract:No.1 Passageway of Zhangjiang Gaoke Station in the east extending section of Shanghai Rail Traffic No.Line is constructed by the rectangle pipe jacking method.The width of the starting shift and incepting shift in this project is small.There are many important municipal pipelines at the caving-in and caving-out places.The jacking pipe at the caving-in place is more close to the large-diameter rainwater pipeline.Its construction difficulty is very high.Based on the engineering construction,the article introduces in detail the pipeline protective techniques for the caving-in and caving-out periods and the construction process of jacking pipe,which can be referred for the construction of the similar projects.
