摘    要:为定量评估C^3I系统的效能,建立了C^3I系统效能的指标体系,并对其中较为重要的指标进行了分析。运用层次分析法(AHP)确定C^3I系统效能评价体系中各指标的权重,使用模糊综合评价法对各模糊指标进行评价,评价结果表明该方法能够比较科学合理地对C^3I系统效能进行评估,从而为评估C^3I系统效能提供了一种论证方法。

Abstract:In order to evaluate C^3I system efficiency,this paper establishes an index system for it,and analyses the major indexes.This paper uses the AHP to calculate the weight of the indexes,then assesses the indexes by fuzzy synthetically evaluation.The result indicates that the method can make a scientific and reasonable evaluation for C^3I system.Accordingly,it offers a reasoning approach for the evaluation of C^3I system efficiency.
