| 摘 要： | 杭州航区的水文条件相当复杂。过去依靠人工观察、记录、发布水文信息有众多弊端。为此开发了航区水文信息系统。介绍了航区水文信息系统的构架、功能、实现方式及特点。该水文信息系统投入应用后,极大提高了杭州港航系统的管理精度和管理效率。

| Abstract: | The hydrological condition of Hangzhou navigation area is very complicated. In the past the hydrological information is depend on hand work to observe, record and issue , which has many shortcomings. So a hydrology information system has been developed. This paper in- troduces sla＇ucture, function, realizing method and characteristics of this hydrological information system of Hangzhou navigation area. Since its application, it has raised greatly the administrative accuracy and efficiency of the administrative system of Hangzhou Port and Navigation System . |
