高等级路面半刚性基层裂缝成因及控制的探讨

摘    要:文中以渝湛高速公路路面施工为依托,进行水泥碎石稳定的半刚性基层产生裂缝及控制的研究。通过混合料的试验和施工试验路的分析,寻找导致裂缝的各个因素,从而使混合料级配、水泥含量、含水量、养生湿度、环境温差等得到控制,取得明显的效果,防止了基层产生裂缝,确保基层施工质量。

Abstract:Based on the pavement construction of Yuzhan Highway, this paper studies the reasons and cracks of cement stabilized half-rigid base course. By analyzing the experiment and testing sections of mix, each factor that leads to crack is searched to control the grade of mix, cement content, water percentage, curing humidity, environmental temperature, etc. Obvious effect has been achieved to prevent the crack and ensure the construction quality of base course.
