上海世博会停车换乘交通组织

为实现上海世博交通集约化组织目标、降低自驾游客出行比例,建设世博停车换乘设施并组织引导自驾游客采取P＋R模式前往世博园区最有效措施之一。借鉴日本爱知世博会等大型公共活动停车换乘组织经验,提出上海世博会P＋R交通组织基本思路,将服务对象划分为一日往返自驾游客和本地化自驾游客两类。分析P＋R泊位需求的影响因素,并进行规模预测,得到两类游客的泊位需求总体规模和空间分布。最后,提出分三个层次设置P＋R设施以及完善世博P＋R配套设施和政策的具体建议。
