| 摘 要： | 分析了"XY-3W9横移小车负荷监测系统"的工作原理与功能,介绍了压力称重传感器取力方案,及"负荷监测系统"的技术参数和使用效果。该"负荷监测系统"是船厂旧设备改造的一个创新,防止设备过载而损坏,提高了旧设备的完好率和延长了使用寿命,保障了生产安全。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the working principle and the function of "XY-3W9 load observation system for the small horizontally moving trolley".It introduced the plan for the pressure weighing sensor which takes the strength,the technical parameter and usage effect of the "load observation system".This "load observation system" is an innovation to the old equipment transform of the ship yard,It prevents the equipment from overload damages,improves old equipment intact rate and extends the service life,safeguard the production safety. |
