| 摘 要： | 检测肝福星冲剂灌胃小鼠的免疫学指标，结果表明能提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活力，吞噬百分率和吞噬指数超过４０％和１．５１（Ｐ＜０．０１）。脾指数升高到２．５４以上。对刀豆蛋白Ａ（ＣｏｎＡ）刺激下的淋巴细胞增殖反应有明显促进，增殖指数超过２．６５（Ｐ＜０．０１）。对小鼠溶血素半数溶血值（ＨＣＩｇＭ）亦有影响，该值可提高到６２以上（Ｐ＜０．０５），而高剂量组可达到８６．７（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示肝福星冲剂能调节机体免疫，特别对吞噬细胞和细胞免疫具有明显的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Several murine immunological indexes were determined after gastro-administration of Ganfuxing Liquid. It was found that Ganfuxing Liquid could enhance the phagotory activity of macrophages in the murine abdominal cavity the phagotory percentage was more than 40% and the phagotory index was 1.51 higher(P<0.01) the spleen index rose above 2.54. The liquid had obvious enhancing effect on the proliferation of lymphocytes activated by ConA with proliferation index over 2.65(P<0.01). The hemolysin value was proved to be more than 62 (P<0.05). which was as much as 86.7in the high concentration group(P<0.01). Our results suggest that Ganfuxing Liquid has the regulatory effect on the phagocytes and cellular immune function. |
