北京地区实际行驶工况下柴油机负荷分布研究

摘    要:通过某满足国Ⅲ排放标准的柴油车在北京地区高速行驶工况下ECU获取的发动机转速和油门开度数据,结合其台架试验时的速度特性数据,计算出实际行驶工况下负荷分布特征,并与ESC(13)试验工况特征进行对比。结果表明,实际道路行驶时发动机的负荷分布和ESC(13)试验工况差异较大,发动机并不能发挥其最佳的经济性和动力性。应对整车重新进行匹配或实施与北京地区实际道路行驶发动机负荷特征相一致的台架试验方法来减少排放。

Abstract:Through the engine rotate speed and gun data which acquired from ECU under Beijing high speed driving cycle,together with engine's dynamometer speed characteristic data,the engine load distribution under Beijing high speed driving cycle is calculated.The research result shows that there has much difference between ESC(13) and road test,the engine can not work under the effective area,To reduct emissions of car,the heavy duty car should be renew matched,or the measurement which the engine load distribution is accord with the real-road condition should be used.
