提高花岗岩沥青混合料水稳定性能措施的研究

摘    要:为有效提高花岗岩沥青混合料水稳定性能,通过试验检测了花岗岩集料的各项技术指标;对使用不同细集料、不同抗剥落剂的花岗岩沥青混合料分别进行了配合比设计和路用性能验证;利用常规水稳定性能试验和汉堡车辙试验对各种花岗岩沥青混合料的水稳定性能进行了测试。结果表明:采用石灰岩细集料能够有效提高花岗岩沥青混合料的水稳定性能;掺加消石灰或水泥均能大幅度改善花岗岩沥青混合料的水稳定性能,消石灰的改善效果最优。

Abstract:In order to effectively improve water stability performance of granite asphalt mixture the technical index of the granite aggregate are measured through tests; the proportion design and pavement performance of the granite asphalt mixture with different fine aggregates and anti-stripping agents are verified; and the water stability of the granite asphalt mixture is tested by conventional water stability test and Hamburg wheel tracking test. The study results show that water stability of granite asphalt mixture with limestone fine aggregate could be increased effectively; that with lime hydrate or cement could be improved to a large extent, wherein the effect of lime hydrate is the best.
