| 摘 要： | 随着我国交通信息化的发展，以公路运输为主的综合运输体系初步形成，在基础设施达到一定水平之后，交通信息服务成为提升交通运输服务水平和发挥基础设施绩效的主要措施，而交通信息服务的需求特征、交通信息服务的发布手段和服务模式等三个问题是实现交通信息服务的关键问题。

| Abstract: | With the development of traffic information in our country, the integrate transport system of road transportation that is taking road transportation as the main style, has been formed initially. After the basic facilities level has gotten to some degree, traffic information service becomes the main way to im- prove the level of traffic transport service and to exert the performance of basic facilities. There are three key problems in realizing traffic information service, such as the demanding feature, publishing measures and service mode of transport information service. |
