| 摘 要： | 对船上左、右齿轮箱,左、右主机,1#、3#发电机油样进行定期取样.利用图像法颗粒度分析仪对颗粒污染度进行检测.按磨损机理进行分类分析,出现可疑颗粒度的油样再进行光谱法分析.根据数据结果推断设备运行状况,对设备进行视情换油.

| Abstract: | The oil samples are collected regularly from the left and right gear box,left and right main diesel engine,No.1 and No.3 generator.The particulate contamination is detected with particle shape classifier and particle counter.It is classified and analyzed according to wear mechanisms and then analyzing spectra is used to detect the oil sample with suspicious particulate contamination.The oil can be changed depending on the equipment running conditions,which can be known from the data result |
