| 摘 要： | 在现代经济中，科技成果的真正价值不在于它的商品价值，而在于它的资本价值。科技成果的资本价值在我国目前的情况下很难实现。原因是我国缺乏科技成果资本转化的实现条件。转变观念，创造条件，是发展我国高新科技产业的当务之急。
