| 摘 要： | 目的 观察益肾降脂胶囊对肾病综合征患者的治疗作用,并初步探讨其作用机理。方法 检测了50 例健康查体者和75例患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、血脂(TG、TC、LDL C、HDL C)及血清IL 6、TNF α的变化。结果 肾病综合征患者经过3个月的治疗,患者24 h尿蛋白,血脂(TG、TC、LDL C)及血清IL 6、TNF α水平,较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),而HDL C明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 益肾降脂胶囊可能是通过其调脂作用降低了血清IL 6、TNF α的水平起到治疗肾病综合征的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Yishen Jiangzhi Capsule on patients with nephrotic syndrome and to investigate its mechanism. Methods The proteinuria/24 h, blood-lipid (TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C), the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α were studied in 50 normal subjects and 75 patients before and after the treatment. Results Three months after the treatment with Yishen Jiangzhi Capsule, the proteinuria/24 h, TG, TC, LDL-C, and the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α were oberviously lower (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the HDL-C was significantly higher than that before the treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion Yishen Jiangzhi Capsule may lower the levels of blood-lipid, serum IL-6 and TNF-α on patients with nephrotic syndrome. |
