车用复合材料新技术及在汽车上的应用

摘    要:
随着科学技术的发展,具有轻质、高强度、耐腐蚀、易合成型等优点的非金属材料越来越多的取代传统的金属材料,在汽车上得到了应用。为了使有关人员了解车用复合材料新技术,文章阐述了车用复合材料的特点、功用和性能,介绍了几种研发中的车用复合材料(如碳纤维强化塑料、玻璃纤维增强塑料、纤维增强金属和金属一塑料层叠材料)及复合材料在车身和悬架等系统上的应用实例;同时指出了车用复合材料未来的发展趋势。

Abstract:
With the development of science and technology, the non-metallic material with lightweight, high-strength, corrosion resistance and easy-synthetic advantages is used in automobile to replace the conventional metallic material. In order to enable the technicians to know the automotive composite material, the characteristics, function and performance of the composite material is discussed. And several automotive composite materials (such as carbon fiber reinforced plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastics, fiber reinforced metal and metal-plastic layered material) is introduced, and the application of the composite materials used in vehicle body and suspension. Meanwhile the development trend of the composite material in future is pointed out.
