摘    要:通过对局部开设六边形孔的蜂窝梁进行弹性有限元分析,指出其邻孔之间墩心截面上的弯曲正应力分布不符合平截面假定,并根据其特点提出按双直线分布进行近似处理,建立了相应的截面弯矩-边缘应力-受力区高度关系式.根据此假定在弯矩不变的前提下,对于不同的开孔情况、腹板厚度和翼板厚度分别计算出相应的受力区相对高度,并对其进行分析,拟合出了受力区相对高度与孔径、孔距的相关方程.验算表明,所提出的近似假定和简化计算公式满足工程精度要求,适用于应力计算,且简便实用.

Abstract:This paper researches on the regularity of normal stresses distribution at Mid-pier sections of hexagon - castellated beams. Elastic finite element analyses are made for castellated beams with hexagon holes along part of length. The results indicate that the normal stress distribution at mid - pier sections between adjacent holes does not accord with the traditional assumption of plane sections remaining plane. Then bilinear distribution is proposed for approximate calculation of bending stress. The relationship is accordingly established among bending moment, edge stress of the section and depth of the stress district. And a expression is given to correlated depth of the stress district with diameter and space of the hole. Comparisons with the FEA results show the simplified approach is convenient and practical for stress calculation of the mid - pier sections.
