摘    要:
为美化车顶两侧区域,并避免饰条安装不牢靠和顶盖漏水的风险,文章主要探讨顶盖销钉的设计及其焊接工艺.由于人工焊接焊接尺寸精度低、容易导致出现卡枪、虚焊、焊接失效及生产效率低等情况,某车型采用半自动螺柱焊机,顶盖饰条安装结构采用目前主流车型常采用的结构形式(T型销钉卡接),在节省焊接成本的同时提高了销钉的焊接效率,该方法大大提供了销钉的开发周期和焊接可靠性,给后续车型装饰条安装形式的选取提供了较为全面的参考.

Design of Installing Stud for Roof Trim and Its Welding Process
Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to study the design of installing stud for roof trim and its welding process in order to avoid unstable installation and roof water leakage, and to beautify the two sides of roof. It is easy to cause the gun gripping, unstable welding, welding failure and low production efficiency due to low precision of welding dimension which is controlled by the operator. The installation structure of roof trim adopts the current T structure, using semi-automatic welding machine to weld the installation stud. This structure not only reduced the cost but also improved the welding efficiency. This method greatly enhances the welding feasibility and shortens the development cycle, providing some reference for the trim installation mode of other model vehicle.
