厦门同安湾大桥桩基防腐措施与施工

摘    要:桩基的腐蚀是桥梁工程建设中的一个重要问题。本文通过分析桩基工程中钢筋混凝土的腐蚀机理,阐述了厦门同安湾大桥桩基采取的相应防腐措施及施工情况。增加混凝土保护层的厚度和采用高性能混凝土是本桥桩基钢筋混凝土的基本防腐措施,同时还采取了保留施工钢护筒的附加防腐措施。通过施工控制和试验表明,混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性及扩散系数均满足设计要求,施工钢护筒和保护层施工均较理想,为确保桥梁的使用寿命打下坚实的基础。

Abstract:The corrosion of pile foundations is a significant problem in the construction of bridges.In this paper,on the basis of analysis of the corrosion mechanism of reinforced concrete for pile foundations,the corresponding measures and construction of corrosion protection for the pile foundations of Tongan Bay Bridge in Xiamen are presented.The increase of concrete cover thickness and utilization of high performance concrete are the two basic corrosion protection measures adopted for the foundations of the Bridge and as an additional measure,the steel casings for the pile construction are retained.The construction control and tests of the Bridge show that the coefficients of the foundations of the Bridge resisting the chloride ion permeability and diffusion can meet the design requirements,and the quality of construction of both the steel casings and concrete cover is satisfactory,which in all ensures the service life of the Bridge in a reliable way.
