摘    要:对某厂的LD管线进行全面检验时,发现该管线有严重的扭曲变形现象.在压力管道的全面检验中,这类现象非常罕见.经过现场宏观检验、材质光谱分析、超声波壁厚测定、焊缝渗透无损探伤、直管壁厚校核等检验项目后,确定为:管线在设计时未根据工艺状况设置补偿器,导致运行时由于较大温度变化产生非常大的热应力,造成管线扭曲变形及支架位移,形成应力集中.文中的案例分析给管道检验提供参考,确保化工生产安全运行.

Abstract:In a plant of LD pipeline to conduct a comprehensive inspection, it is found that the pipeline has a serious distor-tion phenomenon. In the pressure pipeline inspection, this kind of phenomenon is very rare. After the macroscopic inspection, ma-terial spectral analysis, ultrasonic thickness measurement, nondestructive testing, wall thickness weld penetration strength check inspection after the project, the conclusion is drawn:the pipeline designed is not according to the technological state setting com- pensator, thereby causing the occurrence of a very big thermal stress during the run-time due to a higher temperature change, cau- sing pipeline distortion and brakcet displacement, and then forming stress concentration. The case analysis for piping inspector provides a new train of thought when a similar problem is encountered, in an attempt to ensure the safe operation of chemical pro-duction.
