国内外城市公共客运交通换乘优惠政策分析

大力发展公共交通已成为解决城市交通拥堵的重要手段。国外一些重要城市采用了不同的一体化换乘优惠政策来提高公共交通的吸引力,已取得了一定的成效。我国的一些重要城市也已经开始实施换乘优惠政策,其应用范围正在逐步扩大。针对国外城市新加坡、巴黎、首尔和我国台北、上海等城市的换乘优惠政策,从优惠方法、优惠额度和优惠效果等多方面进行了比较分析,以期能对我国公共交通运营管理政策的制定有所借鉴和参考。

Analysis of Preferential Policies in Chinese and Foreign Urban Public Transport Interconnection

Development of public transport has become an important way to solve congestion problems.Many international big cities have taken preferential policies in public transport to attract more people and have made some achievements.Some big Chinese cities also adopted preferential policies in rail transit and will apply the preferential policies in more cities.According to the practical implementation, the interconnection policies in Singapore, Paris, Seoul, Chinese Taipei and Shanghai are comparatively studied from aspects of preferential measures, amounts and effects, so as to provide some references for public transport operation management in China.
