城市轨道交通车辆车载蓄电池剩余容量估算方法

摘    要:城市轨道交通车辆车载蓄电池的电压值无法准确反映当前蓄电池剩余容量值。采用安时积分法作为蓄电池电量变化量的基本计算方法,综合考虑影响蓄电池容量的初始误差和累计误差,将老化程度、温度变化及放电倍率作为误差补偿因子,建立估算蓄电池剩余容量的数学模型。根据估算模型设计算法流程,并将其应用于城市轨道交通车辆蓄电池监测系统。该系统可以向列车操作人员提供蓄电池剩余容量的实时信息,便于维修维护等操作。

Abstract:The voltage values of storage batteries on the metro train cannot reflect the real residual capacity.The Ah (Ampere-hour) integral method is used as a basic calculation to judge the variable quantity of charge.It is proper to consider the initial and accumulative errors which affect the state of charge.The aging level of batteries,temperature changes and discharging rate are taken as the error compensation factors,so as to establish the mathematics model to measure the residual capacity of batteries.According to the design algorithm flow,the model will be applied to the batteries'monitoring system on metro train.This system will provide the train operators real-time information about the state of charge,making it convenient for service and maintenance.
