基于ANSYSWorkbench的汇流排夹口模态分析

摘    要:由于刚性悬挂接触线夹持在汇流排夹口。受线路、轨道、受电弓性能及牵引操纵等多种因素的影响,刚性悬挂产生的振动使接触线脱槽的问题日渐突出。在三维Catia软件中建立汇流排模型,并将汇流排模型无缝导入ANSYS Workbench中,最后,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,计算出汇流排的5阶固有频率和振型,并绘出各阶振型模态图。计算结果表明,汇流排工作频率在1907.1 Hz附近时,汇流排动态性能较差,易因共振而引发安全事故。

Abstract:Rigid suspension uses the conductor rail to clamp the contact line.Vibration caused by the performances of circuit,orbit,pantograph and traction control makes the slot problem of contact line off the groove deteriorated,which directly influences the safety of rigid catenary.A solid model of conductor rail is set up in 3D Catia software,then led into ANSYSWorkbench with seamless connection.Finally,the finite element analysis of Ansys Workbench is used to calculate 5 ranks of natural frequency and vibration models,so as to draw the modal graphs of different vibration modes.The calculation result shows that when the working frequency of conductor rail is about 1 907.1 Hz,safety accident caused by sympathetic vibration will happen.
