地铁站台门安全回路的可靠性研究

摘    要:为降低安全回路故障对列车运行造成的影响,分析了安全回路的工作原理,以及安全回路的常见故障原因。提出了采用固态继电器,加入转换开关的双重安全回路控制方式,以及软件控制安全回路等针对性措施。站台门安全回路的可靠性措施研究成果已成功应用在北京地铁7号线、昌平线二期及其它新建线路站台门系统中。经对实际运行结果的观测,上述措施获得了良好的使用效果,显著提高了站台门安全回路的可靠性提高。

Abstract:To reduce the safety circuit faults in train operation,the safety circuit working principle and common faults are analyzed.The control mode of double safety circuits,the software control mode of safety circuit are put forward by adopting the solid state relay.The research results about safety circuit reliability have been successfully applied to platform door system on Beijing metro Line 7,the 2nd phase of Changping Line and other new lines.By observation of the platform door performance,it is clear that the new measures have improved significantly the reliability of platform door safety circuit.
