| 摘 要： | 鉴于小城镇公共交通的快速发展，从规划层面对小城镇公交发展中面临的共性问题进行探讨就显得尤为必要。文章首先对小城镇客运系统的典型特征进行了分析，据此确定了小城镇公交规划要解决的核心问题，并重点就公交线路、场站、运营管理等关键技术进行了深入分析，形成了相应的规划思路。最后，文章还对小城镇公交规划方案评价中应注意的问题进行了说明。

| Abstract: | Recently, the discussion of public transportation planning of small town became an issue. So it is necessary to do some research on the common problem. The typical characteristics of small town passenger transportation system were analyzed at first in this article, and the key planning technologies were also determined. Then, the planning method of bus lines, terminal and operation management were analyzed in detail, at last, this article also gave some suggestions of planning scheme evaluation of small town public transportation |
