| Abstract: | Ships in marine navigation because all sorts of reasons create the ships to reach a deadlock, captain,the pilot and the crew should analyze the ships to reach a deadlock earnestly the condition, takes each measure, in guaranteed the crew security under the premise, causes the ships,the cargo loss to reduce the threshold. |
