摘    要:为降低低速重载滑动轴承的摩擦磨损,解决航行期间出现的船舶艉轴承高温现象,文章建立了艉轴与艉轴承之间的流体润滑数学模型,利用转子轴承系统分析软件DLAP(dynamic lubrication analysis program),求解Reynolds方程和黏温方程。以双侧进油圆瓦轴承为研究对象,得到了进油温度、入口压力对艉轴与艉轴承最大油膜压力、最小油膜厚度、温升、功耗和流量等之间的影响关系。结果表明,进油温度对轴承润滑特性的影响很小,入口压力对最大油膜压力、最小油膜厚度、流量等的影响较大,可适当控制入口压力的大小,为进一步分析不同工况下船舶艉轴承润滑特性提供依据。

Abstract:In order to reduce the friction and wear of low speed and heavy load sliding bearings and solve the high temperature phenomenon of ship stern bearings during navigation,the mathematical model of fluid lubrication between stern shaft and stern bearings is established,and the Reynolds equation and viscosity temperature equation are solved by using rotor bearing system analysis software DLAP(dynamic lubrication analysis program).The effects of oil intake temperature and inlet pressure on the maximum oil film pressure,minimum oil film thickness,temperature rise,power consumption and flow rate of the stern shaft and the stern bearing are obtained by taking the bilateral oil inlet round pad bearing as the research object,and the relationship between the inlet temperature and the maximum oil film pressure,the minimum oil film thickness,the temperature rise,the power consumption and the flow rate is obtained.The results show that the inlet temperature has little effect on the lubrication characteristics of the bearing,and the inlet pressure has a great influence on the maximum oil film pressure,the minimum oil film thickness and the flow rate,which can properly control the inlet pressure,which provides the basis for further analysis of the lubrication characteristics of the ship stern bearing under different working conditions.
