摘    要:目前针对舰船静电隐患研究较少,文章对舰船静电放电机理进行分析,阐述了静电在舰船中存在的隐患.根据舰船易发生的2种放电类型,以场感应器件ESD模型和人体一器件ESD模型为研究对象,建立数学模型,搭建Simulink仿真模型,确定研究对象的静电放电特征.通过对研究对象的放电理论研究和放电波形仿真分析,给出舰船静电防护的建议...

Abstract:This paper analyzes the electrostatic discharge mechanism of ships and expounds the hidden dangers of static electricity in ships. According to the two types of discharges that are easy to occur in the ship,the ESD model and the human-device ESD model of the field-sensing device are taken as the research object,the mathematical model is established,and the Simulink simulation model is built to determine the electrostatic discharge characteristics of the research object. Through the theoretical study of the discharge of the research object and the simulation analysis of the discharge waveform,the proposed measures for the electrostatic protection of the ship are proposed to reduce the possibility of the ship’s electrostatic accident,so as to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
