天津市排污河道底泥的处置途径分析

随着城市建设的发展 ,各级城市排污河道清淤产生的底泥已成为影响工程决策 ,防碍清淤实施的一大难题。本文以天津市大沽排污河底泥为例 ,对排污河道底泥性质进行了研究 ,对污泥处置技术方案进行了综述 ,并最终结合泥性 ,认为将排污河道底泥回用于建材工业 ,能够彻底达到污泥稳定化、无害化、资源化 ,不但可以消纳污泥 ,而且可以利废增效 ,保护自然资源 ,实现可持续发展。

Analysis of Disposal Way of Bottom Sludge of River Course for Sewage Discharge

With the development of the urban construction the bottom sludge from clearing sludge of various urban river courses for sludge discharge has become a difficult problem for influencing on the project policy-making and obstructing to implement the sludge clearing. Taking the sludge at river bottom for sewage discharge in Dagu of Tianjing City as an example, the paper studies on the nature of the bottom sludge at river course for sewage discharge and summaries the option of sludge treatment technology. At last, in accordance with the sludge nature it thinks that to reuse the bottom sludge at river course for sludge discharge into the construction and material industries could reach the stability, in-harmfulness and resourcefulness of sludge. It could digest not only the sludge, but also use wastewater for adding effect and protect the natural resources as well as implement the continuous development.
