摘    要:为了保障飞行安全,允分利用机场容量,有效减少航班延误损失,建立了基于事件驱动的单跑道动态GHP模型.用分层次的两阶段优化算法对模型求解,结果显示,与时间驱动策略相比,事件驱动策略的总延误时间减少了19.6%;与线性规划方法相比,计算茸减少了24.3%.

Abstract:In order to ensure flight safety, make full use of airport capacity, and reduce flight delaycost effectively, an event-driven dynamic ground holding policy (GHP) model for single runways was established. The model was then solved by a two-stage hierarchical optimization algorithm. The results of a numeric simulation show that by the event-driven policy, the total delay cost was reduced by 19.6% compared with that by time-driven model; and that the calculation complexity was reduced by 24.3% compared with that by linear programming method.
