| 摘 要： | 测定30例PVG-PVG和40例LEW-PWG角膜移植术前、术后血清、房水和泪液Ig和C3含量。结果表明，泪液和房水IgG含量异常升高与角膜移植排斥反应显著相关。初步建立了大鼠角膜移植术后无排斥反应发生时泪液IgG含量变化的定量关系，提出预测角膜移植术后排斥反应发生的一种辅助方法。

| Abstract: | In the present study, two-group experiments were made to determine the concentration of Ig and C3 in serum,tear and aqueous humor from preoperated and postoperated eyes of PVG-PVG syngraft and PVG-LEW allograft. A abnormally significant increase of IgG level in tear and aqueous humor before and during comeal gratf rejection was observed. Statistically qualified variation of IgG concentration in tear from postoperated eyes of the syngraft rat was established and a new method to predict comeal rejection in postgraft eyes is proposed. |
