| 摘 要： | 我国的现代化必须要有水利的现代化作为支撑,而水利现代化目标的实现又依托于水利工程管理的现代化。但是,目前水利工程管理工作还存在着许多问题。本文首先分析了现今水利工程管理体制改革中存在的主要问题,然后提出了水利工程管理体制改革的对策。

| Abstract: | Our country's modernization must have to have the water conservation modernization to take the support, but the water conservation modernization goal realization depends on in the hydraulic engineering management modernization.But,the hydraulic engineering supervisory work also has many problems at present.This article has first analyzed the main question which in the nowadays hydraulic engineering management organizational reform exists,then proposed the hydraulic engineering management organizational reform countermeasure. |
