| 摘 要： | 铁路给排水部门应深刻理解铁路改革和跨越式发展的内涵,树立固本强基的适应思路,积极寻找延伸发展的战略空间,在为铁路运输多做贡献的过程中理顺本身和铁路运输的相互依存关系,顺应铁路运输的需求,延伸本身的专业覆盖空间,按长远发展的战略加速自身综合功能建设。
