沥青混凝土路面再生处治优化

为使沥青混凝土路面再生技术得到有效应用,针对沥青混凝土路面各种再生处治技术,从再生方法的特点、适用性、再生路面等级及再生设备等方面,对沥青混凝土路面再生方法进行了优化,提出不同再生方法的适用条件。同时着重研究了冷再生技术,对冷再生稳定剂的选择问题进行了优化分析,并对冷再生混合料的路用性与经济性进行了对比分析,得出冷再生性能对比表。研究成果可以有效地指导沥青混凝土路面再生技术的应用,具有一定的工程实用价值。

Optimization of Asphalt Concrete Pavement Recycling Technology

In order to use the asphalt pavement recycling technology effectively,from the aspects of characteristic,applicability,road grade and recycling equipment and so on,the optimization of asphalt concrete pavement recycling methods is carried on,and the suitable conditions of each recycling method are proposed.Simultaneously the cold recycling technology is studied emphatically.The optimized analysis of the cold recycling stabilizers is carried on.The road performance and economy of the cold recycling mixtures are analyzed,and the cold recycling performance table is obtained.The research results make the application of asphalt concrete pavement recycling technology effective,and play an important role on the practical project.
