氮掺杂Fe配位化合物非贵金属催化剂的制备及性能研究

摘    要:燃料电池非贵金属催化剂因其制备方法简单、种类多样并且具备较好的氧还原活性,因此是燃料电池领域的研究热门方向。本文介绍了一类新型的氮掺杂Fe配位化合物非贵金属催化剂及其制备方法,并对其进行结构和氧还原性能的表征,所制备的氮掺杂Fe配位化合物催化剂主要活性物质为氮掺杂碳载Fe及其碳化物,其在碱性条件下的氧还原活性超越了Pt/C催化剂,其起始还原电位和半波电位分别达到了1.02V和0.92 V。实验进一步表明非贵金属在碱性燃料电池中替代Pt/C催化剂是可行的。

Abstract:Fuel cell non-precious metal catalysts are a hot research topic in the field of fuel cells because of their simple preparation methods,various types and excellent oxygen reduction activity.In this paper,a new type of the non-precious metal catalyst of nitrogen-doped Fe coordination compound and its preparation method are introduced.Then,its structure and oxygen reduction performance are characterized.The main active materials of the catalyst are iron and its carbide supported by carbon.The oxygen reduction activity of the prepared catalyst exceeds that of the Pt/C under alkaline conditions,and the catalyst’s initial reduction potential and half-wave potential reach up to 1.02 V and 0.92 V,respectively.Experiments have further shown that non-noble metals are feasible in place of Pt/C catalysts in alkaline fuel cells.
