摘    要:文章简要介绍了变形吸能元件的组成、结构及工作原理,描述了大功率重载机车变形吸能元件的早期失效现象,从设计结构、试验工艺、理化参数、金相检查等方面详细阐述和分析了失效原因,并提出设计及工艺优化方案,最后通过对比分析和疲劳寿命试验验证了优化方案的改善效果,优化后的产品可满足机车车辆运行使用要求.

Abstract:This paper briefly presents the composition,structure and working principle of deformation energy absorbing element,and describes the early failure phenomenon of deformation energy absorbing element of high-power heavy haul locomotive.The failure reasons are described and analyzed in detail from the aspects of design structure,test process,physical and chemical parameters,metallographic examination,etc.On the basis,the design and process optimization scheme is put forward.Through fatigue life test and other comparative analysis,the improvement effect of the optimization scheme is verified,which meets the operation requirements of rolling stocks.
