摘    要:焊接是船体装配中的重要环节,是船体质量好坏的决定性因素。因此,对焊接进行工艺试验是必要的。针对在实际生产过程中,船舶T型材坡口宽度不一致,通常是上宽下窄的情况,选取不同间隙的坡口进行工艺试验,并对获得的参数进行数学建模,推算出具有普遍适用性的焊接参数。

Abstract:Welding is an important part of hull assembly and the decisive factor of hull quality.Therefore,the welding process test is necessary.In view of the fact that the width of T-section ofship is not consistent in the actual production process,usually the top is wide and the bottom is narrow.The groove with different clearance is selected to carry out the process test,and the obtained parameters are modeled by mathematics.The welding parameters with universal applicability are calculated.
