新型矿卡电气系统磁集成双向DC/DC变换器研究

摘    要:针对氢能燃料电池动力系统应用于矿用自卸车(矿卡)电气系统问题,该新型矿卡电传动系统效能直接决定于中间环DC/DC变换器。为此设计了一种磁集成三相交错并联双向BUCK-BOOST变换器,详细分析和推导了运行原理及电感、电容参数设计方法,可降低氢能燃料电池输出电流纹波,稳定高压直流母线电压,仿真分析矿卡各工况下双向Buck-Boost变换器,结果表明设计方法的正确性、有效性。

Abstract:The application of hydrogen fuel cell power system in the electric system of mining truck is discussed. The efficiency of the new mining truck system is directly determined by the design of DC/DC converter as the intermediate ring. A magnetic integrated three-phase interleaved bi-directional BUCK-BOOST converter is designed. The operation principle and the designing methods of inductance and capacitance are analyzed and deduced in detail, which shows that the output current ripple of hydrogen fuel cell can be reduced and high voltage DC bus voltage can be stabilized. The MATLAB simulation of the bi-direction BUCK-BOOST converter under each working condition of the mining truck show s that the design method is correct and effective.
