摘 要: | 研究和编制了深海采矿船技术标准(船型评估/认可和审图);介绍了该船型的现行规范标准应用,入级符号及附加标志,送审文件,船舶设计基础及环境条件,航行及在位状态下的布放、作业、自存等工况和配套的多种组合装载模式;提出了该类船舶的评估技术标准。作为全球范围内首个专门针对深海采矿船这一新颖船型的评估技术标准,对我国自主开发、设计、建造深海采矿船具有重要指导意义。

Abstract: | The paper introduces the research and development of technical standards(for AIP and approval)for deep-sea mining ship such as how to apply the technical standard based on current rules and regulations,ship classification¬ation,plan approval as AIP,design basis&environment conditions,load combinations considering seagoing and in-place conditions during device laying/recovering and mining operation,survival conditions and most unfavorable loading combinations.As the world's first technical standard far a deep-sea mining ship design,it is important and significant for Chinese national self-independent development to design and construction of deep-sea mining ships. |
