摘    要:沥青路面就地热再生具有完全利用旧料和快速施工等特点,该技术对仅限表面病害的沥青上面层具有优越的适用性。由于原沥青路面的级配存在一定程度的差异且不连续,使得就地热再生沥青混合料的级配设计不只是一个定值设计,而是具有一定的兼容范围。通过采用最大密度曲线理论的n值等差,文章分析了不同级配、不同沥青用量的再生沥青混合料的体积特性的直接指标、间接指标和评价指标的变化规律。分析结果表明:当级配存在一定差异,且部分指标超出规范范围允许时,可适当调整沥青用量来弥补级配波动的影响。

Abstract:The in-place hot recycling of asphalt pavement has the characteristics of completely using old materials and rapid construction,which makes it suitable for the upper layer of asphalt with only surface diseases. Because the gradation of the original asphalt pavement has a certain degree of difference and discontinuity,the gradation design of the in-place hot recycling asphalt mixture is not just a fixed value design,but has a certain compatibility range. By using the n-equal difference of the maximum density curve theory,the direct,indirect and evaluation indexes of the volume characteristics of recycled asphalt mixtures with different grades and different amounts of asphalt are analyzed. The analysis results show that when there is a certain difference in grading and some indicators exceed the allowable range of the specification,the amount of asphalt can be appropriately adjusted to compensate for the impact of grading fluctuations.
