摘    要:
针对小区楼栋日常供水水压时常变化的特点,设计了一套恒压供水装置方案。该装置以可编程控制器(PLC)为控制核心,通过液位变送传感器把水槽压力值转换成实时模拟电信号,此信号经过FX2N-4转换模块进行A/D转换后,与设定值进行比较,偏差值在PLC内部通过PID回路指令运算,运算后的结果与脉宽调制(PWM)信号的占空比建立对应关系,并经PLC脉冲输出口输出PWM信号,实现对水泵的动态调速控制,实现恒压供水。

Abstract:
In view of the characteristics of changing water pressure in common water supply devices in residential buildings,a constant pressure water supply device scheme was designed in this paper.The device took programmable logic controllers(PLC)as the control core.It uses the liquid level sensor to turn the tank pressure value into a real-time analog electrical signal.Having been converted through A/D conversion using the FX2N-4AD conversion module,the signal can be compared with the set value.The deviation value was computed with the PID loop instruction in the PLC.The result,mapped with the duty ratio of the pulse-width modulation(PWM)signal,can be used to output the PWM signal using the PLC pulse to realize dynamic speed adjustment control of the pump,thus achieving constant pressure water supply.
