| 摘 要： | 运用委托代理理论分析了当前政府投资项目代建制的管理模式,提出了完善代建制管理模式的政策建议,即建立激励约束机制,加强合同管理和实行工程担保和保险制度.

| Abstract: | The paper uses principle-agent theory analyzing the current construction-agent system which popularized by our government and puts forwards some proposal to perfect construction-agent system,that is we should set up urge restriction mechanism,effective contract management system and carry out construction guarantee and insurance system. |
