燃油顺序喷射电控系统在微型汽车汽油发动机上的应用

摘    要:本文研制和开发一种能实现多点燃油顺序喷射的电控系统,系统以80C552为控制单元ECU的主芯片。根据进气绝对压力和转速,采用速度密度法间接测量进气量,试验表明,配用该系统后,与原机相比,动力性,经济性和排放性能有明显改善,本文较为详尽地论述了控制系统的组成,原理及顺序喷射的实现方法,并给出试验结果。

Abstract:In this paper, the author has developed a multi-point EFI system, in which, the sequential injection is realized. The air-metering is done by the speed density method, according to the engine speed and the absolute intake pressure. The air/fuel ratio is open-loop controlled. The ECU is based on a single chip microprocessor-80C552. In the paper, the constitution and working principle of the system, the implementation of fuel sequential injection are discussed in detail, and test results are also provided. Test results show that the power, fuel economics and exhaust emission of the engine have been improved greatly by the EFI system.
