摘    要:阐述了混合动力汽车各子系统热量产生的机理以及其与车辆运行工况的关系,设计了基于独立循环流而冷却关系相互促进的新型混合动力轿车冷却系统。通过参数化设计和结构性能优化,使该冷却系统在现有混合动力轿车平台上取得满意的冷却效果。

Abstract:The relationship between heat-generating mechanism of each subsystem and operating behavior of vehicle is discussed with regard to a hybrid electric vehicle in this paper.The new cooling system of hybrid electric vehicle is designed based on mutual action between a separate circulation flow and cooling relation.This cooling system achieves a satisfactory cooling effect on the existing platform of hybrid electric car by parameterized design and optimization of structure and performance.
