大型公路隧道防火沥青面层的设计

摘    要:通过室内性能试验与模拟燃烧试验对水泥混凝土、AC、SMA和OGFC几种路面材料的路用性能、沥青含量和防火性能进行对比分析。研究结果表明,利用高粘度改性沥青配制的OGFC-13动稳定度达到7000次/mm以上,飞散损失仅为4.25%,构造深度在1.7mm以上,结构稳定,抗滑性能好;同时OGFC面层沥青用量少,其大空隙率结构可有效控制汽油燃烧的火势,防火性能甚至优于水泥混凝土路面。用高粘度改性沥青配制的OGFC更适于作为大型公路隧道沥青面层材料。

Abstract:The road performance, asphalt content and fire resistance of cement concrete, AC mixtures, SMA mixtures and OGFC mixtures are compared and analyzed  by means of indoor tests and burning simulation tests. The research results indicate that OGFC 13 mixtures made of high viscosity modified asphalt possess stable structures and excellent anti sliding performance, with the dynamic stability reaching more than 7000 cycles/mm, the cantabro loss being only 4.25% and the texture depth being more than 1.7mm. Furthermore, the asphalt content of OGFC pavement is less, the large porosity structures of OGFC pavement can effectively control the petrol burning and the fire resistant performance of OGFC pavement is even superior to the cement concrete pavement. Conclusion is drawn that OGFC mixtures made of high viscosity modified asphalt is more suitable to be used as the asphalt pavement materials for large scale highway tunnels.
