CAE技术在轿车车门密封条结构优化中的应用

摘    要:为了解决某轿车车门密封条压缩负荷超标的问题.采用非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc对其进行了结构分析和优化设计。结果表明,导致密封条压缩负荷超标的主要原因是下泡管的壁厚及其形状。结构优化后的密封条压缩负荷比原结构降低了6.6N,能够满足大众汽车企业标准要求。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of door weather strips which compression load are out of their standard,the nonlinear finite element software,MSC.Marc,is applied to analyze its structure and to carry out optimizing design.It is shown by results that thickness of wall and its shape of the lower foam hose are the main causes of weather strips over-loaded.Load on the optimized strip is lower than the original one by6.6N,which is conformable to the requirements of VW corporation standards.
