| 摘 要： | 结合深圳孖洲岛工程的具体情况，主要介绍盾构机在海底隧道矿山段整机始发的条件因素、始发的主要施工技术及始发的注意事项，重点介绍海底隧道整机始发施工技术中的关健部分：洞门制作、反力架安装、始发导台的施作、盾构机安装、始发及泥浆制备、管片拼装等，并对在盾构始发方面易出现的问题进行了针对性分析，提出合理，可行性的措施。

| Abstract: | According to the field condition of Mazhou Island Project in Shenzhen,the paper mainly introduces the conditions of launching of shield machine in sub-sea mined tunnel,the main construction technologies and attention items.Furthermore,the key construction technologies,such as construction of tunnel portal,installation of reaction frame,launching cradle construction,assembling of shield machine,slurry preparation and segment installation in the launching of shield machine was presented in detail. |
